What this is

Auraldesk is a practice tool for the aural tests of graded music exams at Grades 1 to 3. It generates practice tests by fixed rules and marks singing and clapping through your microphone by fixed tolerances. Marks are practice feedback, not exam marks, and are not a prediction of an exam result. The marker hears pitch and timing only; it cannot judge tone, expression or musical sense.

Exam boards set their own syllabuses and change them: check the current syllabus for the exam being taken.

Names used

Exam board names appear on this site only to describe the style of practice. Auraldesk is not affiliated with ABRSM, Trinity College London, AMEB, RCM or any exam board.

What is free

These stay free with no account. A paid tier adds the extras listed on the Premium page. Nothing free is moved behind a gate to make room for it.
